Shipping
Our normal shipping arrangement is to use First Class post for all orders within the UK, and Royal Mail Airmail to ship abroad.
Delivery to Canada and the US usually takes 5-7 days.
All orders should arrive with you within 28 days, unless otherwise stated on the site.
Dispatch
Unless otherwise specified on the site, most items will be dispatched ex-stock within one working day of your payment being cleared. However, we can only guarantee to dispatch within five working days. Please contact us in advance if you have a deadline by which an order needs to arrive, and we will always do our best to help.
Returns and Refunds
You are welcome to order any item from our catalogue. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, please return them in an unused condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of your goods - we cannot refund postage. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe return of goods to Eileandonan Castle Shop.
If any item that you order is out of stock, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to let you know. You will have the option of having it back ordered for you or cancelling altogether.
